With our moulder, we have the ability to do a variety of applications ranging from surfacing two sides to moulding an angled tongue & groove. We can tilt the heads in 15 degrees and out 5 degrees. The size of moulding ranges from 1/4"t x 1/4w" to 5t" x 8w" wide and thick and from 2" to 168" long. We grind our own tooling using our Weinig grinder on typical or basic mouldings. This assures consistency from run to run. And, we can work with experts should you require tooling that is very complex.
